Payment:
A deposit of 30% is required to secure booking, balance to be paid 60
days in advance of
arrival date. Bookings made less than 60 days in
advance should be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations/Refunds:
Your initial deposit will be refunded provided that
Notice of Cancellation is
received in writing at least 60 days before your
arrival date.
If cancellation is made less then 60 days prior to
your arrival date, refunds will be made at our
discretion.
